So it all is starting to make sense…
Part ONE
HRC 02/12/2009
Plane goes down killing 2 birds with one plane, 2 thorns in the side of the Clintons and Bushes. One who was going to out the Rwanda Mass Genocide (think almost as bad and the Armenian and Holocaust Genocides but after we get done looking at the destruction of the Clintons/Obamas/Bushes it those others will pale in comparison when you add up the middle east along with Africa and Serbia all the wars associated with them and the creation of ISIS). But back to Rwanda, 800,000 to 1,000,000 Tutsi slaughtered. Here is a link to Alison's research, all 591 pages. I saved it and others should too.

Quote from introduction:
" But this genocide was not an uncontrollable outburst of rage by a people consumed by “ancient tribal hatreds.” Nor was it the preordained result of the impersonal forces of poverty and over-population.
This genocide resulted from the deliberate choice of a modern elite to foster hatred and fear to keep itself in power. This small, privileged group first set the majority against the minority to counter a growing political opposition within Rwanda. Then, faced with RPF success on the battlefield and at the negotiatingtable, these few powerholders transformed the strategy of ethnic division into genocide. They believed that the extermination campaign would restore the solidarity of the Hutu under their leadership and help them win the war, or at least improve their chances of negotiating a favorable peace. They seized control of the state and used its machinery and itsauthority to carry out the slaughter.
another:
"President Clinton did make a one-minute radio address to Rwanda on April 30. But the message—that he hoped all Rwandans would recognize their common bonds of humanity—was so mild as to be worthless. In fact, it may have done more harm than good. Killers could take satisfaction that the U.S. president had no stronger words of reproach for them, while the victims could feel betrayed by the weakness of the remarks."
At one meeting on Rwanda, President Clinton supposedly asked if the Congressional Black Caucus, the group of African-American members of Congress, had shown strong interest in the issue, and presumably heard that they had not. On another occasion, an ambitious, young staff person at the National Security Council asked what impact the Rwandan crisis would have on the elections in November 1994. In a third instance, when a Human Rights Watch representative asked National Security Adviser Anthony Lake how to be more effective in influencing U.S. policy, he replied, “Make more noise.”11
SO. Basically, Clinton pretty much wanted it to go away and do nothing.
I Saw a documentary (cannot remember which one) but it was on the UN peace keepers in Rwanda, and Exxon oil was there as well. The UN lost 15 peace keepers and 53 were injured. Many peace keepers were accused of sexual abuse (lots of missing children which always leads back to Clintons/bushes/France/England no?)
