Lord, God, Creator of all things,

Watch over the innocent. Protect those of us that cannot defend themselves. Protect those of us who can, and instead choose to defend us all. Lord, bring justice upon the wicked. They have mocked you and your creation for too long. Your people cry out for relief from the oppressors, the ones who murder our children and enslave the weak. Almighty God you alone deserve glory. You are all that is holy and righteous. As your world faces turmoil this day we pray that you give courage to the elderly, and compassion to the young. Lord, give strength to our warriors who deliver Your wrath and justice upon the wicked. You alone deserve the glory, and You alone deserve all praise. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. In Jesus's name we pray, Amen.
