Went to the supermarket near my Mom's tonight, the whole aisle of paper products was completely wiped out, all they had left was a few packs of paper plates and those red beer cups….
They did have have what I needed though…food milk etc.

Prayer and meditation is not the problem I can do that all day several times. There is a lot going on in the world, very scary and lots of anxiety. I feel it internally and so does my son who is on the spectrum and the purest form of innocence even at 17, at least 4 times today I had to remind him that everything is ok and all I can say is he kept picking up negative vibes without any bad behaviors or a trigger…its like he knows unconsciously and then thinks its him but I have to keep telling him its not and there is alot of fear and bad vibes in the world right now…rattled me as well…God bless and yes Pray Pray Pray, intentions matter, meditate with that intention for the blessing over us all and to overcome and defeat the evil and crimes against the innocent.
