You are confusing Satan with demons.
Satan is a specific demon.
Even if demons were cast out of people, Satan and demons would still exist.
Casting out demons does not get rid of Satan.
In the final days, God will separate the sheaves from the chaff. That is when we will be free from the influences of Satan.
