This a 60/40% theory that, would probably fall in the 60% zone if it were true, but there may be a couple of anons out there that may be wondering how a “man-made” virus could ethically be a part of The Plan and not be considered evil.
We know that there are flu viruses out there, for which we have not yet been able to find a cure for, and from which we know cause scores of thousands of deaths each year. Without getting into any discussions about whether or not we have any secretly withheld cures for flu viruses, what if someone took a preexisting virus, did not make it any more deadly, and put a “boogie man” mask/marking/tag that made this common flu readily identifiable? Would that of itself be a bio-weapon? What if one “knew” the DS would seize upon this boogie-man virus and try to push a panic narrative? Do anons recall the question of “How do you know?” or “How can you predict how your opponent will react?” being discussed on the boards? Did Q mention CONTROL?
What if you wanted your opponent to push a panic narrative as their own? Does any BIBLICAL story about encouraging panic in an enemy to defeat them come to mind? One possible story from the Bible of such an event would be the story of Jericho. (Bible fags please forgive my lack of familiarity with tribe names or the leaders), but I think it was the Israelites having the walled city of Jericho surrounded. They first marched around the city by day, not attacking, day after day. And the army in Jericho took to the city walls, each time anticipating an attack. Finally, the leader of the attacking Israelites told his army to place lamps in clay pots, and they approached secretly in dark of night and, all at once broke those clay pots to.show the lamps inside and also to blow trumpets to cause confusion and fear in the inhabitants of Jericho.
It could be some of the clay pot-breakers are whitehats and that some are controlled blackhats. The desired outcome is fear and chaos. “Crisis causes change. Controlled chaos caused controlled change.” Some of the outcomes of this current crisis seem to have given one party great advantage. But could such a scenario ever fall outside the 60% of things that will never be acknowledged?
