Talked to an old friend in Seattle last night. Musician. Gig schedule a mess. Concert players hitting town and doing small gigs (250 peeps or less) left no choice financially. Taking huge hits in the wallet. Clubs shutting down. Thinks CV 'overblown' and 'a trick of some sort' by POTUS. Is seeing no response on bookings even for end of year as venues citing 'uncertainty' regarding what comes next.

Liberal musician (good person deep down.)

Truth will be very hard to accept for this person and those like him.

Very jaded skeptic.

Says small businesses taking biggest hit and is expecting Amazon and others to absorb real estate (pricey!) as small businesses falter.

When approached with 'alternative' views to what is happening stated that 'did not want to be known as a KOOK. '

Thinks homeless will be 'rounded up.'
