There's this movement going around the church that says DON'T JUDGE ME. There's a bunch of scriptures in NT that deal with the subject of discipline (within the body) but most people want nothing to do with holding each other accountable. The whole "judge not…..part is talking about not judging sinners who are out of the fold. Also taken way out of context = "where 2 or 3 are gathered….." That right there is part of the way they were supposed to restore a brother who sins or cast them out (binding and loosing)
