Paying everyone a survival income is a good way to encourage entrepreneurial behavior. When people know that there is no support from their neighbors unless they work, many will take any job they can get and their creative potential is suppressed and is lost. This is a waste to society as a whole. Better to give everyone survival money so they can work on an entrepreneurial plan without fear for their life.
So, inheritance money should flow back into the system, just like the interest earned by the central bank should flow back into the system. Paying everyone a survival income is a way to do this. In other words, don't just restructure the Fed, but also the corrupt system that feeds the Cabal. Divert that wealth back to the people.

It is a FEUDAL system in which the small elite servants manage the serfs in return for special favor from the monarchy. The monarchy owns everything.
What I was referring to is a system in which people who work for something, can own it, but they cannot hand it over to a NEW ELITE CLASS OF NOBLES by bequeathing it to heirs, who are rich but have not earned it.
Everything is owned by the nation, which is the people collectively. If I earn a fortune by using resources of the nation, that is OK, but when I die, the resources go back to the common pool so that others can do as I did. In the system that I propose there are no idle rich, no privileged elites. Everybody works for what they have.
That is the opposite of socialism. If you would only talk to people who grew up in socialist states they would tell you how the Communist Party elite lived like nobility, apart from the people, and privileged both economically and in other ways.
