No, it's not. We live in a very small town in the country. We have 2 drug stores, a grocery store, & a dollar store.

Spouse & kids went to get water, and all bottled water was gone,

except the giant bottles (and they were only allowed 2!) And ALL TP was gone.

 

My son's friend works there, so they asked him jokingly to save some for us, and he said as soon as they put it all out, it was gone in 30 min,

 

That to me is pure insanity, and so close to home.

I'm comfy AF, but find it absolutely bizarre how quickly they have managed to create this mass panic.
