My two cents….

The ‘Scare Event’ has not happened yet( I don’t know anyone who is genuinely scared right now). This whole Covid outbreak has enabled people to be ready for what is coming. Think about it, more people will be with friends and family than normally would be over the next few weeks. Will give a sense of comfort and reduce panic. People also have more supplies on hand. Removing as much financial worry as possible is also part of it. Just my opinion.
