I haven't been diagnosed but I would bet left testicle I have it. It's 100% as it is explained. Hot lungs, runny nose, headaches (the headaches are awful).
I wouldn't say it is life-threatening in any way. I felt pretty horrible for about an hour and the shock of my lungs burning this morning compounded with all the hype around the beer flu.
