Trust me. The few who have been aware for 30years are pissed at the stupidity of the rest also.
In fact younger they are the harder locked into the TV gods they are.
Can you (or another anon) point to a link where this info is storehoused? A downloadable list of whatever format is desired for charting and statistics.
