Very comfy with the lights staying on

I wondered how people were going to pay their electric bills, so I looked at quite a few energy companies nationally and found quite a few that are keeping the power on, even if the customer cannot pay. Some sites give a link for contact in case of bill relief, and others have really crappy websites that aren't hardly updated.
