How about targeting particular frequencies? Royal Rife/DEW/[other wifi/microwave tech] shows that molecules can be targeted with frequencies. I remember hearing about MIL having ability to target your head and pump it with WiFi (listed as a weapon for ARMY) and kill you or stop your brain on the spot.

I see no reason there couldn't be two things at once. One of them could include a nanovirus triggered by EMF. I mean it's known we have all the tech necessary.
