The MSM reaction and the attacks on POTUS indicate that they are following a script. So, the virus outbreak was "a plan-perhaps among many" and when cabal launched it, the actors read their scripts. Q team "we have everything" saw the plans trigger coms and swung into action with their own spin on the cabal plan (FISA goes both ways-multiple meanings exist).

Further, I will say this about the KungFlu-Fort Dietrich links:
