I don't see how you could make a special virus that can be tracked back to those who consumed adrenochrome.

Here's the problem. A friend of mine's brother tested positive for COVID today. He is a regular person who works at hospitals, not a part of the cabal drinking adrenochrome
How can you have a special variant, as opposed to the mass released variant, which only infects those who consumed the adrenochrome without passing that same virus onto others?
