NY Governor Cuomo is tripping over himself, Now after ignoring Federal Laws on Immigrants, Police policies,etc… he wants the Federal Government to step in and take over…why, because he is a dumb ass and can't handle it…

yes they have…but…they are lacking some information that could be useful. i.e. immigration status.
