Backup Hand Sanitizer (in case things go really bad)
Sam's Club, etc still has plenty of Hydrogen Peroxide which, though not as convenient due to not evaporating as well, is just as effective killing virus on hands.
2*32 ounce Hydrogen Peroxide 3% (under $2, Sam's)
5grams Carbomer 934 (check ebay. you can get 50 grams for like $10)
Neutralizer, like Triethanolamine or you can dissolve 1-2 Lye crystals in a tiny bit of water.
Combine 32 ounces H2O2 with Carbomer. Blend with a hand blender. Neutralize until it gels up.
Done.
