After looking at the patent document (online) it appears to me that this 'virus' is real, but, the only way to keep it going is to contantly keep dispersing it into segments of society, (geographical locations). However this 'hypothesis' cannot possibly hold water, why? The place in Kirkland Washington is totally removed from a general location that would be considered a taregt area to disperse a virus. To continually disperse a virus that needs a high impact concentrated populace doesn't fit the logical program of wanting to kill off any populace.
The fear mongering that the fake news is spewing is paramount to interfering with continuity of goverment.
