There is more to this Q proof. I'm only 1/2 way thru, but as some letters disappear, another letter briefly appears in a lighter gray. Sometimes, a third letter appears in an even lighter gray. Am leaving on pause and advancing manually to see it.

The way it's done just looks like there's a code/message here, otherwise why do it? I'm not a codefag and the RA in hands is killing me doing this, so need help… and more vowels or a codebreaker.

People saw some Q's, yes, but did you see the LAST remaining letter at 23 sec? When all the other letters disappear at 23 sec, there is just pne Q.
