What about all the homeless people roaming around and shitting on the streets?
Also Homeless people do not have a supply of food. If everything is shut down how will they panhandle and beg for food? The dumpsters won't have much food in them( if restaurants are closed.
Are they going to lock them all up in jail, so they have a sanitary place to sleep and something to eat?
