Pay close attention to the language these Governors are using to shut down businesses. "Non-essential" businesses are being "strongly urged" to shut down, but they are UNDER NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO DO SO. Sneaky bastards in the government are trying to bully businesses into closing.
