I dont know about you but I would like to have the total count accurate, and be able to get rid of extra districts where dems currently rein. The only way to do that is by getting an accurate citizen count. In some cases could open up a house seat or drop a house seat.
It's also a matter of having a vote total per district to cross check post election.
