Can anyone think of a way to let bars open intermittently?

THIS one thing alone has proven sufficient every time I've been able to get it in-front of norms. So long as one can provide context it makes their wheels turn…they cannot explain why no crime reporter / court reporter has told them about the unprecedented %age increase and every time one of them (there's ALWAYS one) says "but YOU don't know what's in them" the best reply to shut them down is "well they aren't speeding tickets" and telling them about the ZERO in Georgia Northern also activates their almonds cos thats another question they can't answer and another nail in the MSMs coffin especially if you know the numbers for the state you are in because now this becomes as issue of LOCAL crime reporters / court reporters etc who MUST have seen the numbers come across their "desk"…
