I don't necessarily think these are malicious actions. They may be more preventative measures to keep panic buying of potentially dangerous folk from obtaining a medium to cause more problems.

Then again, it could be fuckery, but if our NG patriots are being deployed to "handle the virus" (wink wink), I don't want idiotarians shooting at them. Responsible gun owners would have already been in possession of their weapons, and will act responsibly as they see the NG rolling down the street in tanks.

Even if this theory was inaccurate, you have Hamby case which supports that civilians can be tried in Tribunals if they are considered enemy combatants; which we know all the traitors are enemy combatants (Comey, Brennan, HRC, Obama, etc.).
