a. The virus escaped/was dropped by the Chinese and Q/DJT didn't know it would happen. This would mean they/we are reacting to events in real time and no arrests or Great Awakenings are imminent. (Normies believe this.)

Or

b. The virus is a fake out (or it was dropped by our side), Q/DJT knew it would happen and will use the "shelter in place" time to make arrests. This leads to Great Awakening, unsealed indictments, beers at the parade, etc. (8kun anons believe this.)
