Anon lived in a city that had been experimented on after 9/11. A bio-detect vapor was hung in the air to work in tandem with radar tech. Pretty forward for the time, but unfortunately winds blew the vapor to a poor neighborhood and caused respiratory illness for a while. Site was demolished a few years later.
Was rumoured to be a mixture of egg-whites and hairspray. Cannot confirm or sauce.
