it's lacking sauce to impose validity on it. Here's the rub, you dont get "tunnels" in Florida due to the water table. You have to build the tunnels first then build your structure on top of those. (Disney orlando had to do this, the tunnels would flood otherwise and Oprah's house if I am a better person has a nice ocean view)
