Umm they will create anti-d antibodies after their first contact with RH+. If they get a transfusion of RH+ after that they will most likely have kidney failure.
Which is why women who are RH- will be ok with their first baby if it is RH+ but will have troubles with having another RH+ baby.
They still might have problems with the first baby though.
