OK anons… The constant back and forth about SES & AIM started to piss me off so I took a look at it even though I knew it could be a huge waste of time. As with many things in life/government. It's complicated. First of all, it's not that difficult to find people under the SES pay-grade / position. The links on the AIM website are thorough and comprehensive. There is also a cool website that let's you look up the salary bounds of all government official which is pretty cool.

AIM is true that SES positions are unusual and there could be a conflict of interests in theory. I could see how it could be corrupted. The SES position clearly exists to get private sector specialists working for the government. So, an SES person could in theory work 3 days for a government department. Work 2 days for a private corporation of think tank and then do a bit of extra work on the side in a committee. I don't know what safe guards are in place to avoid fraud or bias towards certain corporations but I presume there are some rules.
I will now give you 2 examples of SES I found out of thousands.

Mr. Rodriguez served twenty-one years in the United States Marine Corps in numerous leadership and management positions. Seems like a loyal chap. Semper Fi and all that.

From 2007–2008, Kalil chaired the Clinton Global Initiative's Global Health Working Group. That group developed new initiatives in areas including under-nutrition, maternal and child health, and vaccines. He could still be a loyal guy but if I was POTUS I'd get the NSA to check him out.
That is my conclusion. This isn't a job for anons. If we wanted to do a meme campaign we could ask the NSA to investigate SES members private emails and comms as a priority. Ultimately though this needs to be handled by the intelligence services. I think that is what AIM want us to do ultimately. It's a bit like when FBIanon started going on to 4chan last year to drop crumbs so that anons then reported said crumbs back to the FBI so that they were then forced to investigate Pizzagate. That's my suspicion anyway.
