Anyways, our 2G or GSM opperate on 800-950 Mhz , then we added 3G or UMTS which works on two bands, same 800-950Mhz, and 2.5Ghz -or- 2,500Mhz if you prefer, then we added 4G which is LTE, and it works on the same freqs as 3G but higher transmit powers and the modulation that you mentioned. Also, you are correct about some 26GHz use, but that freq is limited to short distance microwave backhaul to and from the site controllers at the switch. 5G will use higher freqs for the handsets - 5 GHz and at higher powers. GOdspeed WWG1WGA
