Oddly some people in local gov are really concerned about everyone showing up to work while telling everyone else to close businesses and stay home. There reasoning is everyone needs to be at work to design new ways of servicing the public when the doors are opened to the public again. However, none of that work seems to be happening from what I have seen.

Are those who have something to worry about just interested in keeping lots of people around them, protection in numbers?
