Me! Hi!
Not sure if the anon who wanted this is still around, but here is the recipe. Apologies for length!
WHITE BREAD
1 loaf - prep time 3 hours beginning to end.
(read tips at bottom first)
In a big bowl stir these, and let sit for 4 minutes:
1 C warm water, not hot.
2-1/4 t yeast
Then add the below to the yeast/water mix:
1/4 C milk or buttermilk or even soured milk
1-1/2 T honey or sugar
1 t salt
1-1/2 T butter (softened or melted)
Stir well.
Then slowly add to this above mix:
3-1/2 C flour, a little at a time.
Dough should be sticky/tacky.
Turn your oven to about 200 F to warm while you are kneading the bread. After 10 min turn it off. Turn on your oven light, shut door. While oven is heating, put dough on a floured surface and knead for 10 min (look on youtube).
Put dough ball in a buttered/pray pam glass bowl so dough can crawl up the side. Put the bowl in the warm oven, shut the door and leave it for 1 hour. After an hour, peek. Your dough should have risen (if not, add a little bit of heat). Take it out, punch it, then take out of bowl and put on floured surface.
Knead dough another 10 minutes, then place into greased loaf pan (your oven will still be warm, if not, repeat warming steps above), then once oven is warm, place the loaf pan in and let rise 1 hour. After an hour, take pan carefully out (will be in a bread shape in the pan). Turn the oven up to 400F. Once heated, place pan back in bake for 30 min. Once browned on top, take it out and carefully turn over on a cutting board or cooling rack and try not to eat the entire thing at once.. heh.
TIPS:
*The order of operations is: mix the ingredients, knead, rise 1 hr, punch, rise in the loaf pan 1 hr, then bake 30 min.
*You will need all ingredients above, 2 largish bowls (one must be glass - pyrex - or oven safe), and a loaf pan.
*Plan for 3 hours at home.
*I use regular flour. You can use bread flour.
*You may need to adjust flour or water and rising times.. depends on altitude and weather. Kind of a trial and error thing, but this recipe is forgiving.

A kitchenaid w a dough hook works great for kneading too.
It really is easy.. but somanywords. kek. If it doesn't work, feed it to the birds and try again. Have fun!
I suspect many newcomers to online buying will continue to do so..no doubt there will be an initial slowdown once the panic buying subsides, but I’m hoping for long-term even-ness.
Love our truckers, but as always..buy and shop locally if u can.
Waste of a heartbeat and brings nothing useful.
Can concur (medicalrecordanon here) I work for a major system all over the US and have come across no cases, other than a past strain called HKU-1. T y for the update.
