The usual procedure is that YOU the anon who has the hypothesis, initiates the digging. If the evidence supports your hypothesis, make a graphic of the evidence and post it to this board with URL links to the evidence ("sauce"). GPS coordinates for these labs? Names of companies? addressees, etc.? Time and location of Earthquake. Maybe check notables and qresear.ch to see if this has been proposed before.

If your post is compelling and checks out, it will get put into the NOTABLES and then you are off to the next DIGG.

But, if you just come here and post such a question without doing any work, you will either be ignored or worse thought to be pushing slides.

Even if you don't know how to make a graphic, you can at least provide some sauce with your hypothesis to attract others' interest.
