This brings me up to date.
Army and US marine Cessna C560 Citations - exec jets for high-ranking officers or uber-important missions. it gives us some insight as to what recon and planning is going on.
Some are call-signed AZAZ0909 or AZAZ09O9 - these are definitely Special Ops flights and I have a theory that the 09 flights are recon/ planning and the O9 (O not zero) are Operations flights, i.e. briefings at face-to-face level. No outside comms for the bad guys to eavesdrop on.
Think Enigma. Hard copy comms, not ones that can be tracked online or on the air (e.g. radio ham messages. it's way too late for that.
