I can't believe that COVID was part of the plan.

What I'm having trouble with is figuring out if the cabal (including China) released this, or if it's just part of life on Earth and now we have a new virus. If it's evolution, then it sure is curious timing. If it's the cabal, then where are we in their plan? They are willing to actually release a new virus on HUMANITY for their own devious desires.
