The odd think is it is saying households under $200k.

 

If your annual salary is $52,000, your employer will pay you $2,000 each biweekly pay period.

 

So ~1/4 of what you get if in $200k range for pay.

Now if you base it off what people make โ€ฆ everyone would get something like an extra paycheck.

Easy to do with anyone that has done taxes this year.
