I think he said it was a medical release of his own records and was over 10 years ago when he last lived with his parents. In other words, he was a minor at the time and still in high school.
The guy is not accepted here, I lurk a bit and would rather not rattle the crowd until Q or Q+ sets the records straight. That said, he is informative and entertaining, but the lawyer pissed off the wrong cat.
