Yes, I agree that using this happy circumstance of good fortune (dolphins and fish) as a suggestion for a depopulation agenda is rather communistically creepy, a 'depolution' agenda is a good one.
and less polution is shown through the activity of other animals. So the dophins are being ambassadors from the sea saying 'we like this lto be clear.'

maybe the boats and such in the canal can be modified to not be so dirty? Maybe using the poles to push them isn't such a great way to do it (stirs up the dirt) or maybe tourists throw stuff in the water.

I think you need to interpret this story as an event where someone with the same name dies and it has nothing to do, at all, and is not a message to, the other people with that name.
it's just logical to me that this man's tragic death has not relation to John Brennan the guy whose the spy.
