I aint gonna lie; I detest this part and it doesnt make me feel kindly toward the Plan. This is dumb. If we cant get on the road; if we have no form of communication, how can we help our relatives/neighbors? Do you know how scared little old ladies who live alone will be? I know we cant stop it; I know one anon opinion doesnt matter, but this is dumb. Cutting people off from their family is not going to promote good feelings toward this administration.
