Yes - But as someone who has used it, one must be very careful about how much you use. Weight is a possible factor in amount used. I'm 5' 10" and 170, I used about a .25% less than the recommended dose. Repeat, if you do try it please be judicious. If you think it can be used for a good (feeling) you/it won't be the case. By accident I was careless one time and 'oh shit' it was not pleasant.
