There's a total shortage of them right now.

My wife carries 2 of them for severe allergic reactions and they are both expired. Scripts have been put in, but she's been waiting for months for replacements. They're probably still fine. I'd say the market has been drawn down since Martin Skreli jacked the price on them, before he went to jail. Perhaps he knew their off-prescribing recommendation value?
