Since 11/28/19 I've been working on what could be called an elite-level quality desktop app for the primary purpose of a) giving notifications when new Q posts show up, and b) performing offline archival of all Q traffic.
Given the pace of what's currently going on, I'm going to semi-sidetrack myself and begin work on a no-interface app that simply pulls everything off of qanon.pub and/or qmap.pub - text and images - and stores it on the user's local hard drive. It will be stored in JSON format initially because that's what my app will use. Most of this "sidetrack" app will eventually be worked into the main app I'm writing but I expect this "sidetrack" app to take only a few days (THAT IS A GUESS, NOT A PROMISE). It's an emergency stopgap measure but it will create the archives on as many hard drives as there are people who run the app. Once that's done, then I will worry about displaying the data. All this app will do is ensure that all Q content is archived offline with a simple double click. For the immediate present you won't be able to do much with that data but the raw data will be saved and that's the part that cannot be replaced if this board, 8Kun, or the entire web goes down. The sooner people start archiving, the better.
Desperate times call for desperate measures; this app will be an emergency hack job that will cover the weakest link the chain: the data will not be lost even if the entire web goes down.
It goes without saying that the app will be free. No spam, no ads, no strings and NO FREAKING SPYWARE. I will post the link to it in here and on Twitter #QAnon when it's ready. It won't be pretty but it will get the job done in pinch. The rest (viewing the data) will be sorted out as time allows.
90% of what's needed for archival is already written.
This is many hours out of my life for absolutely no return so please save the bullshit attacks for another post.
