The order says the threat is SARS-CoV-2 and Covid 19 is the resulting disease, first I heard this?

Is potus pointing something out that we should know, but for some reason They dont want us to know? Sorry if this was discussed I was prepping for a few days. If the MSM could report SARS that is a strong 'brand' of known pandemics, because it was not potent enough round 1, so they are disassociating for full Covid19 effect?
