As I read it, if family garherings aren’t prohibited, then that implies free travel to get there as well as stores and pharmacies.

Am pretty sure what PnG guy meant was that they are CURRENTLY at ABOVE- NORMAL production and are not expecting to go back to normal production until October.
Since his comment implied they are not currently at normal production llevels, one can assume they would not LOWER their production output in response to the run on TP. Therefore, he meant they are going to produce above normal output. There was already a story from TruckerAnon that talked about a PnG plant he serviced that was already working round the clock. Markets alresdy have TP but have to limit purchases so fools don’t buy it all up and leave others without.
Heard from a genius techie consultant kinda guy who has the area 51 or secret proving grounds type of job. In line with what you said, he described a lighter-than-air “platform” that can stay up for as long as they want, but the benefits of it is that it can return to earth without all that reentry and blast-off expense that satellites have. And, materials used makes it impossible to track.

Banks, grocery stores a pharmacies have been specifically left open. So that implies you can travel. We are not prisoners.
