If you’re out there, basing the stimulus payout to citizens based on income isn’t right. Some areas have high cost of living rates. The threshold needs to be above $200-$300k, which is what it takes to survive in many places for people supporting more than one person.
If you want to give the TAX PAYERS some of their money back, give it to the entire middle class who work hard. Otherwise people will see it as another bailout of big business (I,e,: Boeing) and more welfare to low/no income people.
