I doubt these people have bank accounts.
And there is no having to pay anything back bc they aren't being arrested or prosecuted.
I think this is an effort to turn CA into more of a shithole state.
Stores will close if people just keep stealing stuff. Just like inner city stores have closed bc they can't stay in business if people keep stealing all of the merchandise.
I had that too back in January when I had a sore throat, head aches, ear aches, and a bad cough.
I just used a fresh wash cloth everyday and used very warm water to loosen and wipe gunk from eyes. That's all, and it eventually cleared up.
