Could this have been a message from President Xi that there was a FF attempted release of the virus, in Chongqing, as a testing ground but due to Patriots in China the [DS] operation failed and that it was chloroquine (CQ) that caused the failure?

Has to be a coincidence, right? I mean, that was back in April 2018! It would mean that the [DS] in China has been known about by both President Xi and President Trump and their operatives have also been known about and followed since BEFORE April, 2018 and cooperation between China/American Patriots has been ongoing also since BEFORE.

But…probably just a rabbit hole.
