I’ve not fully researched this yet but it would be interesting to see if the locations these vessels are sent to match well with the areas of the most sealed indictments.

I mean, if you needed to transport thousands of sick people to an island in the Caribbean where they’ll be tried and incarcerated, wouldn’t a few huge floating hospitals be an obvious solution?
