I don't doubt it, as I have heard similar about COVID19 being linked to HIV; but without proper knowledge of Chinese language I would have a tough go at deciphering what is being said on that website.
Google translate maybe will help, but with Asian languages, some meaning is lost (and often times the translations can be quite goofy!).
